Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to Tala Hair Studio, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations.

If you miss an appointment or fail to give us 24 hours notice, you will be required to pay a fee of 50% of your service total.

Payment + Policies: As of September 1, 2020, Tala guests are required to prepay for 50% of any service over $150. Cancellations less than 48 hours before your reservation or no shows will not be refunded but certainly can be rescheduled.
